  • 2019 WOLD CHAMPIONSHIPS in Calgary, AB – must compete at least ONE regular provincial meet in 2019.

Silver Strong

  • For those needing to build strength with a gentle approach

Saturday Sessions

  • Special Informative or Clinic style classes held on the 4th Saturday of every month.
  • No classes July, August and December.

Daily WOD (Workout Of the Day)

  • Fast paced Cross Training style class with a new workout every day covering the foundations of strength, Olympic lifting, powerlifting, metabolic conditioning, cardio challenges and more. Set up in a group setting of no more than 6 people per session so you still get quality coaching and guidance.
