What:

Prepare for the 2019 Servus Credit union High River Half Marathon, 10k or 5k in support of FAIM with The Hub PT, it’s members and on your own.
Get Strong enough to Run the full Marathon and HAVE A PLAN to make it happen.
Build the muscle, have a running plan that builds up your distances and do it with a group of like minded people in your corner.
You Have:
• Access to select Coached Group Training times *
• Group Running Sessions – scheduled and led by Ultra-Marathoner Joda Hamilton and guests
• Detailed Strength Training program to get you from start to finish in the weight room and on the course
• Everything in one binder for you to follow

1) Program to follow, in the gym or on your own, scheduled out from start date to race day
2) Additional, at home core and stretching programs

5) Access to select Group Gym Training times (Semi-Private Training to follow the program and up to 10 Daily WOD classes)*
