Nineteen classes each week to choose from for your fitness fix

Boot Camp Light is a H.I.I.T. (high intensity interval training) and circuit training program that will be a fun mix of cardio, body weight/lighter weight strength training, functional movement, and core strengthening.

Fast paced cross training class with a new workout every day covering the foundations of agility, strength, compound lifts, metabolic conditioning, cardio challenges and more.

By incorporating short runs, rowing, jump rope and body weight challenges HubFit has a way of helping you get in your cardio without the “doldrum” of how we perceive cardio to be a.k.a. “mindnumbing long runs”

This class is for active adults who’d like to get in shape, improve flexibility, mobility and balance. We’ll do some strength training for stronger bones and to reduce the onset or continuation of osteoporosis (it starts at 40).

Balance will also be challenged along with adding some cardio so you can tackle anything life throws at you.

Class Pass Pricing

Unlimited Classes per week : $125 per month

3 Class per week : $105 per month

2 Classes per week : $85 per month

ADD a 24 hour Gym Access Membership for only $40 more!

10 Class Punch Pass : $185

Drop-in : $20 per visit
